Lareracan (male human) – Lord Aldo’s chronicler, bard and adviser. A cheerful fellow with a wealth of local history in his head.

Aldwulf (male human) – bad-tempered young cleric of Grimnir, the god of retribution.

Teannor (male human) – soft-spoken adept at the temple. A perfect counterpoint to Aldwulf. Follower of Nannemir, goddess of nurture.

Ralen (female human) – highly-focused monk also resident at the temple.

Eadwyn (female gnome) – fearsome and aloof head of Lord Aldo’s guards.

Immin (male human) – amiable ranger. Rather over-fond of wine and food.

Alchfrid (male human) – almost incomprehensibly mystical head of the area’s druids. His words tend to be way above most people’s heads.

Leofrun (female human) – hot-tempered, unwashed, screechy-voiced and strikingly ugly – Leofrun the wizard conducts strange experiments in her shop but is tolerated because she brews and sells valuable medicines.

Wilthias (male human) – Sorcerer desired by half the women in the area. Noted for his vanity and delusions of grandeur.
